The Flow Fest is a global wellness movement that brings together healers, seekers, and dreamers through festivals, retreats, and creative experiences. Rooted in South Asian wisdom and global consciousness, The Flow Fest reimagines wellbeing as joyful, human, and shared.
The Flow Fest Dhaka 2025 returns to Shahabuddin Park from November 6–8, inviting the city to unite for three days of movement, mindfulness, and creative expression.
As Bangladesh rebuilds connection and optimism, The Flow Fest continues its mission to make wellbeing collective – because healing is better, together, according to a statement.
This year’s festival unfolds across five immersive zones:The Fitness Pavilion powered by Turaag Active, The Meditation Garden powered by Satori, The Art + Soul Zone, The Playground & The Amphitheatre.
Festival highlights include daily yoga and breathwork, sound healing, youth art labs, nature and clean-air workshops, book launches, fashion moments, CrossFit and martial arts, evening concerts, and a 5 km run. There will also be panels on women’s leadership, mental health, nutrition, and community dialogues like Share Your Healing Story.
“Our mission is to create a wellness sanctuary,” said Shazia Omar, Founder of The Flow Fest. “When creativity meets compassion, wellbeing becomes contagious.”
Designed for students, families, and professionals, the festival offers practical tools for resilience and connection – helping people bring balance back to classrooms, homes, and workplaces.
