RYZE, the artificial intelligence (AI)-powered digital hub for youth of telecommunications operator Banglalink, has launched RYZE AI Camp at private university United International University (UIU) to equip students with future-ready skills for an increasingly AI-enabled job market.
The initiative focuses on applied learning, career preparedness and real-world industry exposure through a structured curriculum aimed at bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations.
The programme positions AI as a practical enabler across careers, work environments and entrepreneurship, helping students develop critical thinking, professional identity and workforce relevance.
At the core of the RYZE AI Camp is a three-pillar curriculum covering Careeryze, AI Labs and Sidegigs, designed to support students from campus life to employability.
As part of the rollout, the Careeryze segment was held at UIU, engaging more than 600 registered students through hands-on workshops, career-focused sessions and insights from industry professionals.
The curriculum rollout was organised by student body UIU Business Club with institutional support from the Office of the Directorate of Career Counselling and Student Affairs. Nahid Hassan Khan, Director of the office, oversaw the coordination and execution of the initiative.
Golam Kibria, Chief Digital Officer of telecommunications operator Banglalink, said building a confident career requires more than classroom learning.
“In today’s fast-changing world, building a confident career requires more than classroom learning, it needs practical skills and real-world exposure. Through RYZE AI Camp, we want to help students better understand industry expectations and prepare themselves for the opportunities ahead,” he said.
The workshops were conducted by senior representatives from RYZE and Banglalink, including RYZE Head K M Raihan, Strategic Business Head S M Shamsur Rahman, RYZE Sales Director Md Forhad Hossain, Digital Marketing Senior Manager Ala Uddin, Digital Recharge Head Mohammad Tahmidur Rahman, Talent Management Senior Manager Refayat Ahmed, Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist Ishfaqur Rahman and Talent Management Lead Specialist Tahseen Labeeba Preema.
