An engaging new drama titled Kotipoti revolves around an extraordinary family that lives a middle-class life despite its wealth, with Farhan Ahmed Jovan in the central role and Keya Payel portraying his wife.
While the Jovan–Payel pairing is well established, this time they appear in a different role, focusing not on romance but on the realities of married life, parenthood and family tensions.
Directed by S R Majumdar and written by Mezbah Uddin Sumon, the drama is produced under the CMV banner and is set for release this winter.
The cast also includes Azizul Hakim, Kinkar Ahsan, Nader Chowdhury, and Mili Bashar. Producer S K Sahed Ali said Kotipoti will be released soon on CMV’s YouTube channel.
