Officials reported the discovery of a bullet-riddled body in the Washuk district in Balochistan province of Pakistan on Sunday.
Local residents of Ladghast promptly alerted the authorities about the unattended body, prompting the Levies force to rush to the scene and transfer the deceased to Mashkel hospital.
The deceased was identified as Shabbir Ahmed Samalani, a resident of Mashkel town.
According to the family, Shabbir had left home on Saturday evening, and his body was found abandoned in the Ladghast area on Sunday. As of now, no individual or group has claimed responsibility for the killing.
Levies have initiated an investigation and filed a case against the unknown assailants. After completing legal formalities, the body was handed over to the family.
