The Private University Public Relations Officers Association (PUPROA), in collaboration with CoNexus AI & AdTech, organised the “Meta Training Session 2026” at the conference hall of the Association of Private Universities of Bangladesh on Sunday in Dhaka.
The training session aimed to enhance the capabilities of public relations professionals in effectively utilising Meta platforms for university branding, stakeholder engagement, and strategic digital advertising, said a press release.
The session was attended by PUPROA members and advisors, including President Abu Mia Akand (Tuhin), General Secretary Abu Sadat, Vice-president Muhammad Imtiaz, and Adviser Belal Ahmed, along with representatives from North South University, East West University, Southeast University, UAP, BUFT, IUBAT, AUST, ISU, Presidency University, Sonargaon University, Eastern University, APUB, and other institutions.
Tithi Chowdhury, partner director, AdTech at CoNexus AI & AdTech and former Meta client partner lead, served as the lead resource person.

The training covered crucial topics including Meta’s user landscape in Bangladesh, advertising payment solutions, credit enablement, community building and personalisation, campaign optimisation, and best practices for higher education institutions.

At the end of the programme, CoNexus AI & AdTech awarded certificates of participation to all attending PUPROA members.
Additionally, token of appreciations were presented to Tithi Chowdhury, partner director, AdTech, CoNexus AI & AdTech, Mehedi Hasan Imon, client partner, CoNexus AI & AdTech, and Mahfuz Ahmed, AVP & senior manager, City Bank PLC & former Meta senior account manager, for their valuable contributions to the successful training session.
