Standard Islami Bank PLC held its 424th Board Meeting at the bank’s head office boardroom in Dhaka on March 12.
The bank’s Chairman Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Ferdous Ali Khan, AKM Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and Jhahedul Alam attended the meeting.
Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed was also present.
Bangladesh Bank Director (PSD) and Standard Islami Bank observer Md Sharafat Ullah Khan attended the meeting as an observer.
The Bank’s Acting Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman and Company Secretary Md Mizanur Rahman were also present.
